By submitting a recruitment form you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which govern the relationship between you and Harveys Escorts. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not submit a recruitment form. • You submit a recruitment form and wish to be featured on the website of your own free will and volition. • You give your permission for your profile photographs to be used on our websites and other websites for the purposes of advertising you as an escort and us as an escort agency. You agree for a profile to be featured on the website using an alias together with photographs of you. • We are not responsible or liable for any unauthorised use of your photographs or profile. • You will declare yourself as self-employed and register as such with HM Revenue & Customs. You will attend all bookings for the time arranged and contact us, before you are late, should you be delayed for any reason. • You agree that bookings that are cancelled due to your own negligence or lateness, without reasonable explanation acceptable to us, will incur the prevailing commission rate for a standard, non-couple, one hour booking. • You will pay the commissions due to the agency at the prevailing rate in a timely manner when asked to do so. • We reserve the right to charge late payment fees, in the form of the prevailing commission rate for a standard, non-couple, one hour booking, per week of late payment if you do not pay commission owed when asked to do so. • We retain the right to remove you from our website without notice and without giving a reason. • Should you no longer wish to be featured on the website, you will pay any monies outstanding before your profile and photographs are removed from the website. • You are responsible for your own personal safety. We are not liable for your personal safety. • You will not undertake, including but not limited to, any action in person, via correspondence, virtual or internet means, which brings the agency into disrepute or defames the agency in any way. • You will not be featured in conjunction with any competitors whilst being featured by us, except by prior express agreement. • You are of full legal age and have the right to contract in your own name.
